• Specifications & Tolerances: Dimensions, square footage, and layouts are subject to standard manufacturing tolerances (±2%) per federal HUD standards.
• Pricing Modifications: Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless subject to material surcharge adjustments communicated in writing.

Rise Well Housings delivers structures to designated sites, but the buyer holds full legal responsibility for site readiness and local compliance:

• Zoning & Permits: The buyer is responsible for securing all municipal placement permits, HOA approvals, and land zoning clearances prior to transport dispatch.
• Pad Preparation: Concrete pads, pier foundations, or packed gravel pads must be level, fully cured, and structurally sound prior to home arrival.
• Utility Hookups: Electrical, plumbing, septic, and HVAC final connections must be performed by licensed third-party contractors unless specifically added to your setup contract.

Heavy transport conditions and ownership transfer rules:

• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon completion of delivery and drop-off at the buyer’s property line or foundation site.
